2006 Rosé

Martinborough Vineyard Rosé is made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Martinborough Region. Displaying vibrant raspberry, strawberry and melon notes with a delicate creaminess on the palate. It's incredibly lush and flirtatious.

Vineyard
The grapes are sourced from a selection of 10 clones of Pinot Noir, and from a range of vine ages. The vines are intensively tended by hand with much care taken to provide balance and achieve the best flavour and acid balance.

Winemaking
The fruit is hand sorted and hand harvested. After harvesting and destemming the juice is left in contact with the skins for 24 hours. The result is a delicate blush coloured fragrant juice which is cool fermented, retaining attractive summer berry fruit characteristics. The wine is estate bottled.s
