NEWS FROM THE WINERY

 

 

Harvest is in full swing and should be all wrapped up early in May.  We started in near perfect conditions - warm and dry, with light breezes - which enabled the crew to harvest efficiently with minimal handling.  We have continued in great weather - the odd cold wet day - but we soldier on!

Overall we are over the moon with the fruit which is presenting itself as consistently clean, bursting with flavour.  It is looking like a bountiful crop.  We are looking forward to creating some memorable wines in 2008.
